🚶‍♀️🌟 Be Where Teens Are. Show Up. Make a Difference.

We're building a safe, supported Youth Outreach Team—a group of kind-hearted volunteers who simply want to show up for teens in our community. No preaching. No pressure. Just presence.

Our goal? To meet youth in everyday places—parks, malls, skate parks, ball courts, and school events—and let them know someone cares.

This is real grassroots ministry—boots on the ground, hearts wide open. We're meeting teens where they are and building something life-changing from scratch!

🔹 What You'll Do (It's Simple!)

• Join a small team to visit popular local hangouts
• Hand out free water, resource cards, or fun giveaways
• Smile, listen, and engage in casual, judgment-free conversation
• Let teens know about our upcoming events, safe spaces, and support groups
• Offer encouragement—and refer them to local help if needed (we'll train you!)
• Be open to spiritual conversations only if teens bring it up

Your safety—and theirs—is our top priority.

Here's how we keep it safe and simple:

✅ Always go out in teams—never alone

✅ Volunteers only serve in public spaces

✅ Both male and female team members on every outing

✅ Full training and ongoing support provided

✅ Background checks required (we cover the cost)

✅ References and leadership available for guidance anytime

🤝 Who We're Looking For

• Friendly, compassionate people (ages 18+)
• Teens to help guide the adults ages (13-18) and facilitate conversations
• Mature, reliable team players—no experience required
• Comfortable talking with youth in public places
• Able to represent our mission with kindness and respect
• Passionate about making a difference in the lives of teens
