Responsible, with the operating company, for overall development and management of filings to state and federal regulatory agencies, including those filings which may impact meeting corporate earnings objectives. Responsible for significant input into corporate regulatory strategy development and coordination. Educates others on interrelationships between cost drivers and revenue. Job Description. What You'll Do:Lead broad-based effort to develop, file, and manage major filings with state regulatory commissions, in coordination with the operating companies. Assume primary responsibility for development of major filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, as well. Support the overall process for the filings, including responsibility for accuracy and completeness of required schedules, and identification of witnesses and development of testimony.
