Project Summary

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Azure Developer or IT Professional for a one-time volunteer project to help us launch a fully cloud-based phone and collaboration system using Microsoft Azure and $2,000 in Azure credits.

Scope of Work

Phone System:

• Create a cloud-based phone system with:

  • A toll-free 800 number

  • 3-7 extensions, each ringing directly to team members' cell phones

  • A shared general mailbox

  • Individual voicemail boxes per extension

  • No landline required - all cloud-based or mobile integrated

Email & Collaboration:

• Configure our Office 365 Business Premium accounts

• Set up professional nonprofit emails using domains from:

  • Our Wix website domain

  • An additional GoDaddy domain

• Connect all users to Microsoft Teams for virtual collaboration and events

Web Integration:

• Connect our new communication system with our Wix website

• Ensure DNS/domain settings are properly aligned for GoDaddy and Wix

What We Provide:

• $2,000 in Microsoft Azure credits

• Access to our Wix and GoDaddy accounts

• Admin-level access to Microsoft 365 Business Premium

• Flexible schedule and collaborative support

Ideal Volunteer Will Have:

• Experience with Microsoft Azure (especially VoIP/telephony solutions)

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Exchange/365 setup, Wix, and GoDaddy DNS

• Experience setting up cloud-based VoIP systems

• Ability to communicate clearly and work independently

• Passion for helping nonprofits make a difference
