Essential responsibilities

The Inspire Territory Manager leads commercialization activities to introduce OSA therapy in an assigned sales territory. Responsibilities include achieving sales plans and therapy awareness milestones, assessing new potential accounts within the territory, and other duties as assigned. Note: this role may include remote work.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and therapy awareness goals.
  • Assess and prioritize new accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Drive implant growth through prompt account activation and efficient patient throughput.
  • Coordinate commercial site assessment, selection, and development.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas while ensuring compliance with patient selection guidelines and implant techniques.
  • Support local payer education and development processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to optimize organic and direct-to-patient outreach programs.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelors degree with a minimum of 2 years sales experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industries. In lieu of a degree, 5 years sales experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industries or 3 years prior experience at Inspire Medical Systems in a clinical setting
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with changing deadlines
  • Ability to travel within the territory, including overnight travel

Preferred:

  • Experience with assisting in implantation and follow-up of implantable devices
  • Experience in market development and building referral programs within the medical industry
  • Product launch and account management experience
Compensation

The salary for this position will be offered based on experience and qualifications. The posted range is indicative and may vary by location and other factors. In this posting, the range shown is $80,000 USD.
