Responsibilities
  • Provide support and maintenance for computer systems, cloud-based solutions, software, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot problems and offer resolutions as part of the helpdesk support
  • Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions while executing security and compliance strategies
  • Communicate and collaborate across all organizational departments and external resources
  • Monitor systems and perform daily security and compliance tasks

Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 1-2 years experience within an IT Support Team or as an IT Administrator
  • Good practical experience in managing IT systems and applications, troubleshooting, and repairing issues
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Azure, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge and understanding of Cybersecurity
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities with close attention to detail
