Join a team driving the development of a next-generation Unified Data and AI platform built for the enterprise. This cloud-native platform combines large-scale analytics, data engineering, and model development with the intuitive tools needed to build and deploy AI agents securely and efficiently. Design and deliver a secure, compliant, and cost-optimized AI and data platform that enables responsible deployment of AI agents while mitigating modern threats such as memory poisoning, prompt injection, and data leakage. Embed Cloud Financial Operation best practices with AI-driven cost control, dynamic resource scaling, and chargeback models to optimize spend across LLMs, vector search, and data platform.

This is a highly strategic role that will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver platform-wide features that impact the entire customer journeyfrom onboarding to enterprise-scale production. Our team spearheads the creation and maintenance of Oracle Cloud Data services, a comprehensive suite of managed services essential for Enterprises leveraging Open-Source projects to develop, transition, sustain, and optimize their data resources in their journey towards AI implementation. Join our team to help expand our portfolio with new offerings, build cutting-edge new features, and innovative ways of delivering a data and AI platform that rivals those of other cloud leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define new platform capacities and maintain service roadmaps to address market needs.
• Maintain deep relationships with key customers to understand their business bottlenecks and how we can deliver meaningful value.
• Work closely with Development to ensure our services deliver great experiences at industry-leading value.
• Plan service announcements and coordinate beta testing.
• Provide hands-on training for Customer Support and Technical Sales personnel, as well as for key customers.
• Develop collateral such as technical and business white papers, success stories, data sheets, brochures, best practices, and presentations.
• Work with Corporate and Field Marketing to clearly communicate the value of our services.
• Present at Oracle user group meetings, trade shows, customer sites, industry conferences, industry analyst meetings and at the Oracle Customer Visit Center.

Skills and Experiences Required

• BS / MS in a technical field such as Computer Science, or MBA with technical industry experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Excellent written and communication/presentation skills.
• Experience owning the customer and financial success of a product or product portfolio.
• Experience as a Product Manager on Cloud Data or AI platforms.
• Analytical skills, with a passion to solve complex technology and business problems and an aptitude to learn new things.
• Ability to dig into the weeds as needed while at the same time able to rise up above the weeds, always keeping in mind the bigger picture.
• Experience dealing with a broad spectrum of IT audience ranging from CTO/CIO to data engineers/data scientists/AI developers/data stewards.
• Excellent teamwork
• A can-do attitude, with a focus on deliverables and deadlines.
• Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Snowflake, and Databricks is a plus.
• Experience in building and scaling platform-level enterprise readiness features such as security, cost management, resource usage monitoring, observability, throttling, and APIs is a big plus.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
