BGSF , one of the largest staffing firms in the nation, is hiring a qualified Assistant Property Manager to support Property Management properties and two nearby affordable housing communities . 💰 What We Offer: •Competitive weekly pay ($23-$24/hr) •🏥 Medical, Dental, Vision benefits + Paid Sick Leave (where applicable) •Contract opportunities with access to top affordable housing & LIHTC communities •A supportive recruiting team to guide your career every step of the way 🛠 What You'll Do: •Support the Property Manager in all daily operations •Build strong resident relations and assist with leasing across 3 properties •Oversee leasing efforts, conduct tours, and process applications, renewals & compliance paperwork •Manage collections, post rent, handle move-ins/move-outs, and follow up on delinquencies •Support HAP program requirements (experience preferred) •Help achieve occupancy, compliance, and resident satisfaction goals You're a Great Fit If You Have: •1+ year of on-site property management experience •LIHTC / Tax Credit experience required; HAP preferred •Familiarity with Yardi, OneSite, or other industry software •Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations •Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills •Reliable transportation and professional work ethic 🗓 Work Schedule: Monday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Enjoy shorter mid-week days and Saturdays with no late evenings!) 🚀 Apply Today - Let's Get You Hired!
