As a Part-Time Assistant Manager, you will assist in providing excellent customer service, supporting daily store operations, and helping meet sales targets. You will also help train new staff and contribute to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an engaging shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty through product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Support store leadership by stepping in during management absence and helping with opening and closing the store.
• Handle sales transactions, promote add-on sales, and communicate effectively with the team about stock and sales issues.
• Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Contribute to a safe and organized store environment.
• Support team development and collaboration.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical ability to handle merchandise and perform store duties.
