Event Staff members play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service during our Winter event at Go. Mart Ballpark -- "Light the Night." This position offers flexible hours, as needed, to accommodate the event's requirements. Primary responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service at the Box Office, assisting customers in making ticketing decisions, and executing sales. Duties and Responsibilities: - Greet and assist event attendees with a warm and welcoming demeanor. - Work in the Box Office to facilitate ticketing and admission processes, adjusting hours based on event demand. - Enter Customer Information when selling tickets to our customers to gain marketing data - Know the products you sell - Dedicate time necessary to learn of pricing, daily events, and promotions to better service our customers. - Process transactions in the ticketing system - Accurate counting of change and cash handling - Remain flexible to adapt to changing event schedules and req...Box Office, Ticket, Office, Seller, Customer Service, Business Services
