Ensure all engineering and design work performed adheres to quality, cost and schedule requirements. Ensure all design work is safe and carried out in a safe manner. Ensure all design work conforms to the codes and standards used by the client, or to agreed industry standards. Take responsibility of a Project Discipline Lead on small to medium sized projects. Take responsibility for assigned team members, their design output ensuring quality, cost and schedule requirements are met. Responsibilities Provide project oversight as Project Discipline Lead and integrate the design activities as per SOW to quality, cost and schedule requirements. Lead a small discipline project team of Designers/ Engineers as part of the Mechanical team. Deliver mechanical engineering services that meet Worley, its customers' and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, on time and within budget.
