Position: Software Applications Engineer

Job Description: Join our innovative team where you will:

• Design and develop cutting-edge software solutions to meet diverse business needs.
• Manage the complete software development life cycle, including testing, implementation, and quality auditing.
• Engage in product design, bug verification, and provide essential beta support through thorough research and analysis.
• Troubleshoot, assess, and resolve software programs and applications with precision.
• Timely and accurately analyze and resolve software errors.
• Participate in coding, document software specifications, and oversee development across all project phases.
• Contribute to software upgrades, revisions, fixes, and patches as required by the vendor.

What We Are Looking For:

• 5-7 years of experience in a related field, along with a 4-year degree; or 3 years with an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in solving complex technical problems.
• A proactive, independent worker who requires minimal guidance.
• A valuable resource for colleagues, providing informal guidance and support.
• A position typically stabilizing many careers for the long term.
• A commitment to process improvements and efficient problem resolution.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Compensation: Annual Hiring Range: $84,500.00 - $122,760.00. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, experience, education, and skill level.
