We are currently recruiting in our Corporate office, Charleston, WV, for a Dispatcher (Gas Systems Operator). Duties and Responsibilities Answers incoming calls from customers and dispatches accordingly to the appropriate field operations personnel to respond. Must ask sufficient questions of callers to get accurate location and event details to communicate to appropriate responding staff for calls such as priority (P - Rs) and no gas. Sorts and distributes orders and customer contact requests received from the call center to the corresponding operations area. Accurately documents communications and account information with internal and external customers on issues related to the maintenance and operation of our natural gas systems. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Requires computer skills for data entry and information retrieval tasks.
