Your Role Includes:

• Fostering Exceptional Customer Experiences: Provide outstanding service to Salon professionals consistently.
• Achieving Sales Goals: Educate customers on promotions and products, manage stock, and maintain store appearance.
• Being an Industry Expert: Acquire knowledge of products and share the latest trends with customers.
• Collaborating for Success: Work positively with team members to achieve common goals.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Previous retail experience is highly preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Experience using a computerized point of sale system; SAP experience is a plus.
• Availability to work weekends as required.
• Must be 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and remain active throughout your shift.

Salary Range: From $15.60 to $17.60.
