Nature of Work Under general supervision, perform at the full performance level in processing applications, ascertaining eligibility for, and overseeing a caseload for a variety of economic assistance programs including, but not limited to SNAP, various Medicaid programs, Emergency Assistance/ LIEAP, and School Clothing Vouchers. Schedule telephone and face-to-face interviews. Competently conduct personal interviews with clients regarding their personal, financial, and social information. Determine eligibility for services, maintain an up-to-date client caseload, and refer clients to various supportive services and agencies when needed.
