Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries while operating a cash register efficiently, managing transactions with precision.

• Execute point of sale procedures courteously and quickly, ensuring all customer needs are met with friendly service.

• Achieve personal targets, such as credit and loyalty program enrollments, to contribute to overall store success.

• Support inventory management by following proper merchandise handling and point of sale protocols.

• Help train new team members, sharing best practices for superior service and adhering to brand standards.

• Participate in daily operational tasks, including cash balancing and maintaining supply levels.

Skills and Qualifications:

Required:

• No prior retail experience is necessary.

• A minimum age of 16 years is required.

• Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred:

• Experience in client-facing retail or the service industry.
