The opportunity

As a Senior in Technology Analysis, you will connect business needs with technical solutions, evaluate models, elicit requirements, and ensure solutions align with business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Configure and implement solutions aligned with business needs.
• Lead project streams and engage with clients.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Work with stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP capabilities.
• Gather requirements, architect solutions, blueprint, test, document, and design functionalities.
• Translate needs into business solutions and configure/integrate SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Demonstrate analytical skills, decision-making, and leadership in guiding junior team members.
• Proven problem-solving and relationship management skills.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A bachelor's degree.
• 2 to 4 years of SAP ERP experience, including at least one full implementation cycle focusing on SAP Accounts Payable, Receivable, GL, or other finance modules.
• Knowledge of SAP FICO applications beyond Accounts Payable.
• Experience with SAP Accounts Payable system configuration, invoice processing, payments, and month-end processes.
• Understanding of SAP AP accounting, finance functionality, and reporting.
• Ability to communicate requirements to developers via specifications.
• Experience with SAP AP configuration, including Business Partner Vendor, Payment Methods, Bank Management, and Payment Medium Workbench.
• Proficiency in configuring Automatic Payment Programs.
• Understanding of SAP module integrations, invoicing processes, EDI, ERS, OCR.
• Experience collaborating with clients on AP processes, testing, and documentation.
• Knowledge of cross-functional SAP integrations (Procurement, Transportation, Sales, Treasury).
• Understanding of Withholding Tax related to Vendors.
• Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, communication, and research skills.
• Willingness to travel, estimated at 80%.

Ideally, you'll also have

• Experience in consulting or deep functional SAP experience.
• Configuration experience with SAP AR module, including customer master data, cash application, dunning, and bank processing.
• SAP certifications such as C_TS4FI_2023 are preferred.
• Experience with full cycle implementations of core modules.
• Additional SAP Finance certifications and industry experience in Accounts Payable/Sourcing.
• A proactive approach to professional growth and adaptability to diverse environments.
