The era of the modern Sales Representative is upon us; post COVID, reliance on email, websites, and virtual meetings has created an opportunity for real Hunters. Now more than ever, EPSI is seeking goal-oriented, strategic salespeople who want to Eat What They Kill & Eat Well!

Responsibilities:

  1. Be a team leader and a team player to reach quarterly and annual goals.
  2. Manage your Trade Show contacts to generate sales growth.
  3. Be proactive and forward-thinking in prospecting for new customers and maintaining existing clients.
  4. Collaborate with our engineering department on custom applications within your territory.
  5. Operate with the support of headquarters, with the freedom to pursue your goals from your home office and in the field.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of field sales experience.
  • Proficient in the use of a personal computer and various software applications.
  • Self-motivated with minimal need for direction.
  • Ability to see solutions beyond the first two steps of an activity (cognitive reasoning).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Above-average verbal and written communication skills.
  • Clean driving record.
