Performs activities pertaining to the production of pulley lagging in in accordance with customer needs, company policies, state and federal regulations. Key job requirements include:Work safety in a fast-paced environment. Strong manufacturing and mechanical background. Basic knowledge of blueprint reading. Knowledge of mining processes and basic conveyor understanding is preferred. Knowledge of Pulleys, bearings, and lagging is preferred. Welding and cutting are a plus. Demonstrates proper rigging and signaling for lifting operations. Forklift & material handling experience. Administrative duties Qualifications. High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; one to three years of manufacturing preferred. Valid drivers license. Post offer Drug test and background check. Random testing as required by customer or DOT. Ability to maintain any ongoing state and federal mandated training and certification.
