What You'll Do:
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas are spotless, sanitized, and inviting
- Greet guests warmly and respond to their needs with care
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or maintenance issues
- Support deep cleaning and preventative maintenance programs
- Work collaboratively with your team to maintain high standards throughout the hotel
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required
- Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented personality
- Ability to stand, move, and lift (up to 25 lbs) for extended periods
- Comfortable using cleaning tools and equipment
- Strong communication and time management skills
