Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership
    Manage design and construction for complex, mission-critical projects. Oversee internal teams, consultants, client coordination, QA/QC, and field support.

  • Financial Ownership
    Monitor project budgets, track profitability, and manage billing, change orders, and risk mitigation.

  • Client Engagement
    Serve as primary contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and repeat business.

  • Team Support
    Provide mentorship and guidance to engineering staff, delegating tasks and ensuring cross-discipline alignment.

  • Execution Excellence
    Lead testing, turnover, and closeout phases with detail and precision.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or related discipline
  • 8+ years of industry experience, including 4+ years in a project management role
  • Deep expertise in mission-critical projects (e.g., data centers, hospitals, energy)
  • Strong knowledge of MEP/FP/FA systems and construction administration
  • Skilled in managing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Familiarity with Procore, Revit/AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities
  • Understanding of safety, compliance, and quality standards
  • Forward-thinking mindset and openness to using AI and automation tools
  • U.S. work authorization and willingness to travel up to 15%
