The Marketing Experiences Web Team is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Senior Agile Program Manager to deliver top-tier customer experiences for emerging business priorities. The individual filling this role will:
- Program Leadership: Lead and oversee multiple initiatives, ensuring they are executed effectively and delivered on time while meeting the highest quality standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a critical liaison between development, creative, business, and strategy teams, fostering communication and alignment across disciplines.
- Customer-Centric Solutions: Drive the creation of high-end customer experiences that reflect emerging business priorities and innovative solutions.
- Agile Implementation: Champion Agile best practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative development cycles, to deliver impactful solutions efficiently.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure seamless program execution across all phases of development.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze program progress, providing data-driven insights to stakeholders and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging technologies to enhance customer experiences and drive competitive advantage.
Skills and qualifications:
- Current Experience in IT / high-tech electronics or Manufacturing / Service supply chain
- Excellent communication, problem solving skills - ability to manage competing priorities, set clear expectations, collaborate, identify objectives, develop and deliver feedback in written, oral, and presentation formats for partner teams, and senior executive management.
- Strong Project Management skills involving multiple global System Integrators and Internal partners.
- High comfort with handling multiple ongoing priorities and escalations.
- Strong customer-focus and attention to detail.
- Capable of performing complex data analysis to identify problems or opportunities to improve supply chain performance
- Skilled in Customer Relationship building, and Cross-functional collaboration opportunities.
- Strong skills and knowledge in root cause analysis/problem solving and the ability to implement and drive corrective actions and efficiencies (ability to hold people accountable, and drive closure)
- Ability to work well in ambiguous situations, and deal effectively with conflicting priorities and changes
- Support organization-wide projects to improve delivery, reliability, and agility; leveraging others effectively to support internal business team goals
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years' experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years' experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 2+ years' experience with web technologies, digital marketing platforms, and/or tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years' experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years' experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).

Pay: $70/hr - $75/hour
