Serve as SME for key stakeholder partners including IT, Commercial, Customer Service, Distribution, Customers, Master Data, Internal and External Manufacturers, Trade, etc. Required Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. Specialization in supply chain with experience in data engineering, data science or advanced analytics fields is strongly preferred. Minimum of 7 years of business experience with at least 5 years of Supply Chain, SAP or other relevant functional experience required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with at least 3 years experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting. Outstanding stakeholder management experience, superior influencing, and collaboration skills are required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Strong understanding and working experience utilizing design-thinking best practices- empathy, requirements definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing to deliver digital products and experiences is required. bility to work with both technical and non-technical team members is required. Strong critical thinking, with outstanding analytical, influencing, and interpersonal skills are required. Experience working in or with a complex global organization spanning across functions is preferred. Experience with Agile product development methodology is required. Scrum master certification and Jira boards experience preferred.
