POSITION: Executive Secretary/Accountant I/II

HOURS: 8:00 am-3:30 pm

QUALIFICATIONS:
A. High school diploma or equivalent
B. Good communication skills, above average vocabulary, grammar, spelling, and mathematical skills, and be able to proficiently follow written and oral instructions.
C. Understanding of appropriate budgetary and bookkeeping principals; ability to establish and maintain bookkeeping records of average complexities.
D. Demonstrate computer literacy/operation.
E. Ability to work independently, exercising judgement, ability to plan, organize, and establish work related priorities

JOB
RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Maintenance of positive work habits
B. Perform of duties effectively and productively
C. Maintain and upgrade skills
D. Creation of Purchase Orders
E. Payment of Invoices
F. Schedule equipment repairs
G. Communicate with all vendors via email and telephone
H. Ordering food supplies, bread, dairy, produce, and apples on a weekly basis.
I. Perform other job related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
