Company Description
Wonderful Sales is the sales and merchandising organization for The Wonderful Company – known for brands like Wonderful Pistachios, FIJI Water, POM Wonderful, Teleflora, Wonderful Halos, and JUSTIN Wine.

We currently have a great opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager in the Charleston, WV area. This full-time role involves increasing brand awareness among grocery store shoppers by promoting our well-known household brands. Benefits include a company car with a gas card and a Monday to Friday schedule starting at 7am.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain 120+ grocery retail relationships within a 100+ mile territory, promoting and upselling Wonderful products.
2. Identify optimal display locations in stores to maximize sales of our brands.
3. Rotate and stock authorized products during store visits.
4. Manage product placement and re-merchandising projects, including store openings and remodels.
5. Record and report product and store-specific information daily.
6. Implement and monitor marketing initiatives, POS displays, and coupon programs.
7. Communicate effectively with store chains daily.

Qualifications

• Proven success in retail sales, especially in grocery stores, with strong partnership-building skills.
• Ability to persuade store management to display and purchase our products.
• Experience managing large territories and driving daily routes.
• Excellent negotiation, selling, and relationship skills.
• Detail-oriented, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Clean driving record; background check required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability for early mornings and minimal overnight travel.
• Live within the territory; occasional travel to Los Angeles, CA, 2-4 times/year.
