Job Title: Site Manager

As the Site Manager, you must demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and oversee your team effectively. Your responsibilities include ensuring smooth store operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Leading by example, you will set standards for excellence in customer service, sales, and team management. Your goals include increasing profitability and driving sales growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for maintaining positive relationships with customers, vendors, and employees. You should also have a thorough understanding of sales and inventory management, with the ability to develop and implement strategies to enhance profitability and sales.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff.
  • Oversee daily workflow of the site.
  • Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Handle discipline and termination of employees according to company policy.
  • Set clear expectations with tasks, goals, and deadlines.
  • Monitor progress and provide feedback.
  • Encourage collaboration, recognize achievements, and resolve conflicts promptly.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of daily store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, and employee scheduling.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained store environment.
  • Train, motivate, and manage sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent service.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and general facilities.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and employees.
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in business administration or related field.
  • At least 3 years of retail management experience.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and increasing profitability.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
