Qualifications

• Management experience in a fast-paced retail or restaurant setting is required
• Extensive background in customer service leadership overseeing 3-10 direct reports
• Proven staff development skills and expertise in team retention tactics
• Ability to thrive outdoors in all weather, with flexibility for evenings and weekends
• Successful completion of a pre-hire background check
