Collections Account Manager (Consumer Finance)

Collections Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Collections account management
• Help ensure customer satisfaction
• Attend training classes & meetings

Hours for Collections Account Manager:

• Full-time (40 hours)
• 5-day work week
• No Sundays
• Work every 3rd Saturday 8-12
• Weekday off when a Saturday worked
• Office Hours: 8-5:30 M-TH, 8-6 FR, 8-12 SAT

Collections Account Manager Requirements:

• Collections, call center, or customer retention experience
• Experience with a high volume of calls is preferred
• Able to work onsite
• Able to pass a background check & basic drug screen
• Able to work the listed hours
• Good computer & communication skills
