**Job Title:** Registered Nurse

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 or 48 hours/week option

**License:** WV/Compact RN License required; pending license acceptable
**Certifications:** BLS, ACLS
**Must-Have:**
- Telemetry skills
- Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
**Job Description:**
- Work on a 38-bed cardiovascular medical telemetry unit
- Employ a team nursing approach, with a patient ratio of 1:7, including 1 RN, 1 LPN, and 1 Nursing Assistant per team
- Provide care and education with an emphasis on cardiovascular disease
- Collaborate with various health team members to deliver quality nursing care
- Serve as a patient advocate
- Participate in a work environment conducive to learning and professional growth
- Float to meet facility needs when necessary
- Consider blocked schedule requests during interviews
- Provide availability to work every other weekend
Note: Travel nurses must maintain a home address over 100 miles from the facility to be eligible, with potential exceptions considered within 75 to 99 miles. Candidates should ensure flu shot compliance, especially within the flu season, unless medically exempt. Orientation includes 16 hours, covering both in-person and module training.
