Location: Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center, Clarksburg, WV
Position: Full-time

Duties:

• Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical and non-surgical procedures.
• Monitor and manage patient vital signs and anesthesia depth during procedures to ensure safety and comfort.
• Provide preoperative evaluations to assess risks and determine appropriate anesthesia strategies.
• Manage postoperative care, including pain relief and recovery monitoring.
• Respond to medical emergencies with resuscitative techniques and critical care as needed.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to plan and optimize patient care.

Requirements:

• Valid medical license in any U.S. state.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Board Certification in Anesthesiology is preferred.
• Proficient in English.
