Contract Data Analyst, MI Job Purpose - Responsible for data input and quality monitoring and data correction as required of MI Service Contracts including but not limited to generation, pricing, follow-up, and administration with a focus to provide high quality and efficient support to all MI teams, including but not limited to Sales teams and License Compliance. External US Duties and Responsibilities: Perform the data input of International and/or Domestic Service Contracts processed by Contract Administrators. Enter contracts and contract data into system of record (SAP) as required for booking and record retention. Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure that contracts are being entered in accordance with the purchase documentation and are billing correctly. Work closely with Accounts Receivable department to assure that all contracts are billing correctly. Work closely with Review and Release for service contract issues and credits as needed. Ensure all attachments and relevant documents are in appropriate business systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) in accordance with current booking processes. Work within required business systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP), ensuring that all systems have clean customer, contract, and financial data. Create ad hoc reports as business dictates. Performs special projects and tasks as requested. Ensure processes are followed and consistent across all zones. Adheres to the Companys quality and regulatory compliance requirements, without exception, and ensures that all job duties inherent in the position description are performed in accordance with established policies and procedures. Comply with all applicable Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 standard requirements and all other applicable laws, regulations and standards. Qualifications: Associates degree or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years Medical Informatics or Service Contract experience Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Able to communicate with all levels of internal and external organizations. Detail oriented with critical thinking and ability to problem solve. Must work efficiently under rigid deadlines. Enthusiastic, self-starter, strong desire to drive the business in a positive direction.
