Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing essential support to our legal staff by managing phone calls, filing documents, shredding confidential materials, and handling various reception duties. This role is critical in maintaining the firms professionalism and efficiency.


**Key Responsibilities:**


+ **Reception Duties:** Greet clients and visitors warmly, directing them to the appropriate staff members and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.


+ **Phone Management:** Answer incoming calls promptly, providing information and directing calls as needed while maintaining a professional demeanor.


+ **Document Management:** Organize, file, and maintain physical and electronic documents, ensuring all files are up-to-date and easily accessible.


+ **Shredding:** Safeguard confidential information by shredding documents that are no longer needed, adhering to privacy policies and procedures.


+ **Office Supplies:** Monitor and order office supplies as necessary, ensuring that the reception area and office are well-stocked and organized.


+ **Administrative Support:** Assist legal staff with various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, and other duties as assigned.


+ **Communication:** Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, staff, and outside contacts.


**Qualifications:**


+ High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant coursework is a plus.


+ Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a law firm or professional environment.


+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).


+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.


+ Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.


**Pay Details:** $13.00 per hour
