**Exciting Opportunity: Accounting Specialist**

**Hourly Rate:** $16 - $18 (Negotiable based on experience)

**Contract Duration:** 6-9 months

**Your Role Will Include:**

+ **Asset Management:** Reconcile and maintain our fixed and leased assets with precision.

+ **Journal Entries:** Create and manage General Journal entries to support our financial records.

+ **Accrual Oversight:** Handle month-end accruals for our West Virginia office.

+ **Ledger Maintenance:** Keep assigned general ledger accounts accurate and reconciled.

+ **Supplier Chargebacks:** Collaborate on records to ensure smooth processing.

+ **Invoice Processing:** Review and enter WV Freight Invoices in SAP for Accounts Payable.

+ **Financial Reporting:** Prepare schedules for our Quarterly Consolidation Packages and related statements.

+ **Budget Support:** Assist with annual budget development and reporting.

+ **Audit Assistance:** Help with quarter-end and year-end audit preparations.

+ **Policy Compliance:** Adhere to our established company policies, including IATF, ISO, TISAX, ISMS, and safety standards.
