The Maintenance Technician will assist with all aspects of maintenance in the Moses dealership network. This position will be involved with all phases of building/facility maintenance and preventative measures.

Responsibilities:

• Replacement of interior and exterior light fixtures including light bulbs, tubes, ballasts and switches.
• Perform minor plumbing repairs as they occur.
• Scheduled building maintenance (ie. HVAC filter replacement; inspection of electrical components, circuit breakers, etc.).
• Use a variety of tools and techniques to complete specific tasks and maintenance.
• Use of hand and power tools to complete tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES THESE ATTRIBUTES:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• Good technical skills and ability to follow instruction.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
• Travel between dealership locations will be required.
• Valid driver's license.
