What will you be doing?
Coaching, training, and developing the Quality Control Team Members
Manage Receiving Inspection
Check/Verify Corrective Action Items.
Manage Calibration Items (Internal/Outside)
Manage Customer's Necessary Data QC Inspection work
Manage In-line Defect Parts Qty
Manage Warranty claims
Communicate/work with customers/suppliers regarding QC related items
Create, prepare, and utilize the necessary documents/forms to manage QC related data
QC documents/drawing control
Coordinate/Manage Visual Inspection Testing
Control Cage Items
Attend any necessary meetings (Internal/Outside)
Learn/Promote ISO/IATF activities.
Perform/Manage sorting work as needed.
Coordinate 5S activities in the QC Department
Programming and managing CNC programs for measurement equipment.
Manage Gage R&R activities and data
Issue Purchase Orders for materials and services
Promote Kaizen Activities
Some business trips as needed; (5%-10%)
May perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
+ Must have excellent reading and writing skills.
+ Must have excellent communication skills.
+ Excellent PC skills and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
+ Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
+ Excellent organizational Skills.
