This role provides a unique opportunity to directly apply your academic knowledge in a professional setting, offering hands-on experience in the realm of legal and administrative investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough investigations into potential violations of federal and state codes, administrative rule, and/or statutes.
• Maintain a manageable caseload, ensuring cases do not exceed 90 working days on average.
• Compile and organize evidence, ensuring all investigative files are complete and well-documented.
• Prepare detailed case reports, providing clear conclusions based on the evidence gathered.
• Assist in resolving personnel complaints, offering insight into the internal dynamics of workplace compliance.
• Respond to inquiries related to the department's Safe Space Program and track all incoming investigations.
