Industrials Process Equipment in Poca, WV is looking to hire a Warehouse Specialist.

This position allows you to apply your skills to a company that makes custom-fabricated material handling equipment. Our products are not "cookie-cutter" products. Each project requires imagination and determination. The successful candidate for this position must be able to make decisions on projects that are not only the best option for the client but most importantly the safest and most cost-effective solution for all parties involved.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Detects non-conforming raw materials, work in process, and finished goods equipment and notifies the proper parties.
• Must be able to safely use material handling, inventory, shipping, and logistics-related equipment.
• Examines work for non-conformance.
• Adaptable to a changing work environment, and competing demands and can deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
• Handle job closings, inventory management, and stock adjustments.
• Operates safety equipment and uses safe habits while performing his job function.

Qualifications and Skills

• 10 years experience in a manufacturing environment responsible for inventory management, material handling, and logistics.
• Ensure that materials shipped are verified against sales orders, bills of lading, or invoices.
• Manage scheduling of domestic and international shipments.
• Ensure materials are shipped in the timeliest and most efficient manner.
• Pull and pack parts as needed.
• Must be skilled in performing inventory inspection, inventory selection, shipping documentation, and receiving documentation.
