Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the representation of clients in matters related to lending, banking, and real estate transactions.
• Draft and review various legal documents, including loan agreements, promissory notes, and real estate contracts.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws, regulations, and case law.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients regarding compliance, risk management, and transactional matters.
• Support senior attorneys in litigation and dispute resolution, including preparing pleadings and discovery.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective legal strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in laws affecting financial services and real estate.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in California.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services, banking, real estate, or related fields.
