Summary
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Documentation Specialist to manage, create, review, and maintain accurate and detailed records for our company's various documentation needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring documentation integrity and accessibility.
Your role in our mission
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Management and Organization:
- Organize and maintain document repositories to ensure accessibility and version control.
- Develop, update, and enforce documentation standards, naming conventions, and archiving procedures.
- Ensure all documentation aligns with company policies, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements.
- Creation and Editing:
- Draft, revise, and finalize technical documents, including manuals, process flows, guidelines, SOPs, and reports.
- Collaborate with departments, such as engineering, quality assurance, and operations, to gather and verify information.
- Edit and proofread documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
What we're looking for - Proven experience as a Documentation Specialist, Technical Writer, or similar role.
- Strong command of documentation management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Documentum) and office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, XML, or content management systems (CMS) is advantageous.

The pay range for this position is $32,700.00 - $46,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
