St. Luke's Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care for a nursing job in Boise, Idaho. The St. Luke's Pediatric Intensive Care Unit serves infants and children through age 17 and is the most remote PICU in the country. Our pediatric population has a wide range of diagnoses that may include respiratory issues, traumatic injuries; pediatric surgeries, neurological, endocrine, sepsis, gastrointestinal, renal, cardiac, and seizure disorders. Our interdisciplinary team includes pediatric trained critical care nurses, respiratory therapists, pediatric intensivists, dietitians, social workers, occupational and physical therapists; child life specialists, pharmacists, chaplains and subspecialty physicians. We also provide sedations and procedures for children who are outpatient with a family centered care approach.
