Job Description

• Oversee all HR functions within the manufacturing plant, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management to ensure a highly skilled and motivated workforce.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe and legally compliant working environment.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, retention, and productivity, while fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with plant management to align HR strategies with operational goals, drive continuous improvement, and support business growth and efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

• Extensive experience in HR management within a manufacturing or industrial setting, with a proven ability to handle the unique challenges of a plant environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, health and safety regulations, and compliance requirements specific to the manufacturing industry.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both management and frontline employees.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall operational efficiency.
• Ability to travel.
