All Triad employees are expected to be flexible, though, so this job may require occasional field work or courthouse research of deeds and land records. A wide variety of diverse responsibilities may include but not be limited to:* Ensure safety is always prioritized* Provide excellent customer service to our clients* Work with professional staff to obtain project information, ensure drawings are accurate and complete, and verify objectives, requirements, and design approaches* Review field data to ensure all applicable standards are met* Assist Practice Leader in establishing and maintaining coordination between the CADD staff and project manager.* Process and reduce field data for importation into CADD* Work from drawings, sketches or scanned images, customer drawings, or government drawings / specifications* Use the accepted drawing standards as guidelines* Prepare final documents, drawings, and reports in accordance with applicable standards.* Prepare cost and quantity estimates and/or design calculations, including cut/fill volume analyses and drainage computationsDesired Qualifications* Equivalent of a Bachelor's degree in engineering, design or computer science* Training and experience may be substituted in lieu of education* 5 years of relevant computer drafting experience* Familiarity with drafting applications involving land surveying, civil engineering, and site designWho We AreTriad Engineering, Inc.
