This position will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
Provide sales tracking on a weekly/monthly basis and other Program Reports.
Acts as liaison with other departments and outside agencies. Manages highly sensitive information as it relates to clients and the company.
Responsible for renewing agent's licensing with various states.
Coordinate schedules, arrangements, and agendas in preparation for on-site and off-site meetings, conferences, and events. Audits
Respond to client service inquiries and request for information for all agents
Responsible for mailing customer correspondence for life events for all agents.
Initiate and coordinate promotional opportunities through data mining of customer accounts.

Position Requirements
High School diploma, college exposure preferred.
Prefer two years in experience in office management
Series 6 and 63 (Securities License and Security Law) within 12 months of hire date into position
Securities is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.
Work is generally performed indoors in environmentally controlled conditions
Typically, the employee may sit to perform the work. However, there may be some standing, walking, bending and carrying of light items in the course of the work
Critical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to analyze data, compile information, reconcile assigned accounts
Excellent client service skills, including good verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills, excellent attention to detail, the capacity to prioritize by assessing situations to determine urgency
Ability to work independently
