Part Time Customer Service Agents perform a variety of indoor and outdoor activities. Responsibilities include computerized passenger ticketing and baggage check-in, passenger boarding, baggage loading; aircraft servicing and the operation of motorized service vehicles and equipment. Successful candidates must possess strong customer service and verbal communication skills, an excellent dependability record as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multi-tasked, team environment. The ability to handle baggage weighing up to 70 lbs. and the ability to work flexible schedule (15-20 hours per week) is required. Our hours of operation are 0430AM-1200AM, 365 days a year. A valid driver's license and a clean operating record are necessary. All agents receive excellent American Airlines travel benefits. Starting agent pay is $9.25 per hour with a 60 cent per hour increase upon successful completion of a 6-month probationary period with subsequent annual increases.
