Join our team to make a meaningful impact in residents' lives while growing your career in a supportive, collaborative environment. **Position Overview:** We are seeking **Licensed Social Workers (LSW)** and **Licensed Independent Social Workers (LISW)** to join our team as **Therapist/Behavioral Health Care Managers**. In this role, you will provide psychotherapy, group therapy, and collaborative care management to residents in need. **Key Responsibilities:*** Deliver individual and group psychotherapy sessions tailored to the needs of residents.* Facilitate collaborative care management by coordinating with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other team members.* Address the mental health needs of residents with chronic severe mental illness, substance use disorders, depression, and major neurocognitive disorders.* Develop and implement therapeutic interventions using evidence-based modalities.* Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in an electronic medical records (EMR) system.**Qualifications:*** Current LSW or LISW licensure in West Virginia.* Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution preferred but not required.* Experience working with diverse patient populations, including those with chronic severe mental illness and major neurocognitive disorders.* Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.* Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities (preferred).* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.**Benefits:*** Supervision provided to support LSWs in obtaining independent licensure.* Opportunities for ongoing education and professional development.* Flexible scheduling options for part-time and full-time positions.* Be part of an innovative, patient-focused care team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
