Job Summary
This position's primary responsibility is coordinating the processes of developing and producing reporting tools, communicating policies and procedures, and monitoring and maintaining records for contractual arrangements and other agreements for all of Vandalia Health entities, under the direction of the Vice President for Supply Chain, in collaboration with the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. The person must apply and achieve satisfactory status related to compliance with ISO and DNV standards, being the gatekeeper and quality control for all contracts and agreements. Coordination and facilitation of relevant committees and departments is required. This position also assures IT coordination and integration as the system administrator for electronic support systems, including Compliance 360.
Responsibilities
* Support the day to day operational work in the database (responding to alerts).
* Follow up with Contract Owners to ensure completion of PI and Evaluations.
* Ensure PI reports are in the correct standardized format.
* Provide support to end users (adding/deleting users, passwords and contracts).
* Understanding what it takes to Qualify Vendors for non PO suppliers.
* Report out to QMS or Board of Quality on contract owner compliance.
* Compare AP vendor payments to contracted service database.
Prepare reports that may be used to validate contracted services reviews for regulatory agencies.
