Lead & Inspire: Direct a team handling everything from food procurement to service and foster a spirit of collaboration.

Grow Your Team: Be involved in hiring and nurturing your team, shaping the leaders of tomorrow.

Make Decisions: Lead meetings effectively, driving timely and impactful decisions.

We Need You To Have:

A strong background in food service management, preferably in campus services (3+ years).

Experience managing multi-unit accounts, meaning locations with multiple points of sale.

Culinary arts experience is a big plus.

Excellent team management and financial skills.

Top-notch communication abilities.

A proactive, hands-on leadership approach.
